O-Tech Solutions (O-Tech) is a prime small business contractor under the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) for Engineering, Technical, and Programmatic services in support of NAVSEA Warfare Centers, NAVSEA Headquarters, and its related Program Executive Offices (PEOs) and field activities. O-Tech is a prime small business contractor on SeaPort-e in multiple geographical zones within the United States and its territories that provides support services for all phases of weapon systems acquisition and life-cycle support including research and development support, prototyping, acquisition logistics, modeling, test and evaluation trials, and engineering support for the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Military Sealift Command (MSC), Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), and the United States Marine Corps. Through our team’s experience, we possess the capability to effectively integrate services, incorporate best management practices, and realize cost savings under this contract.

Quality Assurance Program

 

O-Tech uses our overarching ISO-9001:2008-compliant Quality Assurance (QA) Plan which we tailor for each contract and subsequent task orders, in order to ensure that all deliverables conform to format and content standards and reflect a technical level of excellence that meets or exceeds each customer's expectations. In keeping with fundamental ISO principles, O-Tech ensures customer focus, leadership, involvement of people, process approach, systems approach to management, continual improvement, factual approach to decision-making and mutually beneficial subcontractor relationships. Processes to be used as controls for our SeaPort-e QA efforts are taken from a corporate core set which covers defining QA requirements and the capturing data required for producing any Reports or other Deliverables required by SeaPort-e.

 

O-Tech’s QA processes are summarized by the following four basic tenets: (1) Documented QA procedures are in place for all projects and programs; (2) All quality assurance activities on the SeaPort-e contract are overseen at the PM and executive management level; (3) QA activities have a reporting (communications) channel to senior management independent of the PM and (4) Structured Customer Feedback procedures to ensure Customer expectations of quality performance are met or exceeded.

 

For SeaPort-e, O-Tech has developed an active and comprehensive Quality Control and Customer Satisfaction Plan (QC/CSP) which provides detailed standards for virtually every measurable performance area. Our staff and management team will be evaluated on quality during each quarterly program review.
